The USAA Real Estate Rewards Network offers military members and their families a cash back reward based on the purchase or sales price of their home. Clients in this program will work side by side with a USAA real estate coordinator to make sure they receive the maximum benefits afforded to them. They will also work with a specially trained, USAA-qualified CENTURY 21 Bradley agent who will guide them through the home buying process. And the best part? It's free to enroll in the USAA Real Estate Rewards Network!

 

Reward offer limited in some states. Reward amount is based on sale price of home sold or purchased and cannot exceed $6,000 per transaction. To receive the maximum amount offered of $6,000, the sale price of the home sold or purchased must be $1 million or more. In 2016, the average member closing in the program received $1,176. Real estate agent fees still apply. The reward is not available in Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi or Oklahoma. In Kansas and Tennessee, a gift card will be issued that is accepted at specific retailers. State regulations in Kansas limit the dollar amounts and the type of incentive. In Oregon, a commission reduction may be available at closing. In New Jersey, a commission credit may be available at closing. Please check with the program coordinator for details. You must be enrolled in the program and be represented at closing by an approved agent with a participating real estate firm in order to qualify for the reward. Reward not available to sellers in a short sale transaction. In certain states, buyers may need seller cooperation in order to participate in the reward program. Availability restrictions apply.


The Navy Federal Credit Union RealtyPlus program is a great way to earn cash back when buying or selling a home. NFCU RealtyPlus clients will work with an NFCU coordinator to make sure they receive the maximum benefits afforded to them. They will also work with a specially trained, NFCU-qualified CENTURY 21 Bradley agent who will guide them through the home buying process. Enrollment in the RealtyPlus program is free for Navy Federal Credit Union members.

 

The cash-back bonus is offered in most states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided in lieu of the cash-back bonus. The program is not available in IA or outside the U.S. Cash-back bonus is not available in AK, LA, MS, and OK. In KS and TN, a gift card will be ready for spending at specified retail establishments after closing. State regulations in KS limit the dollar amounts and the type of incentive. In NJ and OR, a commission reduction may be available at closing. Please check with the program coordinator for details.
